NATIONAL HAIR LOSS AWARENESS MONTH AND HAIRMAX

I am one of those people. I used to have a very thick full head of hair until I was in my mid-30s. Then slowly my hair starting thinning and I've never really gotten it to come back.

My thinning hair isn't due to any medical conditions, however, it's due to hereditary. My Dad and his siblings all have thin hair or they have male pattern baldness. I got it from him. My Mom, who's in her 70s still has an amazing amount of hair. Me, not so much.

Since I'm now within 12 months of the big 5-0 birthday, I've decided to make the next phase of my life somewhat about me. Now, I get it, I am a Mom, a wife, plus a dog Mom. I run a business, take care of a home, I'm also our landscaper, take care of the kids, dogs, and my husband plus I am the main chef, taxi driver, etc.

My goal from 50 onwards is to make time for me. There are a few cosmetic things that I want to focus on. One is my teeth, another is my hair, and the third is working out.

So, let's talk about one of my goals and that is hair loss treatment.
