I’m so excited, you guys! You may have noticed once in a while on social media that I am one of those #KetoLife people. It’s my eating plan of choice and I’ve had absolutely amazing results. That’s why this new YouTube channel is making me so happy.
I paired up with my good friend, Summer of DirtyFloorDiaries.com , because she’s keto as well. During a casual conversation one day about keto misconceptions, she said to me, “We really should be telling more people about this.” I thought about it for maybe 12 seconds and said, “Yes. Let’s do videos.” And a channel was born.

We’ll be doing more indepth videos later, but for now this is an intro to who we are and why we’re doing this. We had a few bumps in the road like volume (you might have to turn it up a bit) and Facetime issues – but isn’t that the usual for a first video? (I sure hope so!) Check it out:
