With Christmas here in 2 days, I have a guest post written by My Little Review Corner. Go take a look at her blog and say hello. She is a Canadian blogger, with a husband and three girls. On her blog she shares her news, views and product reviews and giveaways. Go tell her hi and let her know you found her through me:) Now onto her yummy recipe! Sounds so easy and quick. Try it out if you have a last minute dish you need to pass.
As a child, I remember one of my favourite treats were Peanut Butter Marshmallow Squares. It was many years later when I realized how easy these squares are to make! I love making them because they are always a hit at any event and many people, like me, don’t realize how easy they truly are! Enjoy!
Peanut Butter Marshmallow Squares
1 small package coloured marshmallows
1/2 cup margarine
1 small package butterscotch chips
1 cup peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)
Grease a square tin then place to one side. In a medium sized saucepan, combine the margarine, butterscotch chips and peanut butter. Over medium heat, stir constantly until the mixture is smooth and melted. Add the marshmallows and continue stirring until marshmallows have melted slightly. Transfer the contents of the saucepan to the tin. Refrigerate overnight (or until they are solid) and then cut into squares.
