- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- Roasted pumpkin seeds - 1 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- pinch ground nutmeg
- ⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Sea salt
Preheat oven to 350. Follow directions above on how to prep and then roast the seeds before you do the next steps.
In a bowl mix seasonings with olive oil. Add in the pumpkin seeds. Mix well.
Place on a baking sheet in a single layer and sprinkle with sea salt. Bake 20-25 minutes, turning often.
