Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • Roasted pumpkin seeds - 1 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • pinch ground nutmeg
  • teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Sea salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350. Follow directions above on how to prep and then roast the seeds before you do the next steps.
  • In a bowl mix seasonings with olive oil. Add in the pumpkin seeds. Mix well.
  • Place on a baking sheet in a single layer and sprinkle with sea salt. Bake 20-25 minutes, turning often.
