Ingredients

  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1 ¼ t cinnamon
  • 3 cups dry-roasted peanuts
  • 3 tablespoon light corn syrup
  • ½ t. nutmeg

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
  • In a large bowl, add in all of the ingredients and stir them together.
  • Pour everything out onto a baking sheet that is lined with a silicone baking mat or parchment paper.
  • Bake 20 = 25 minutes.
  • Let the candied peanuts cool. You may need to break them apart after they have cooled.
  • Store in a air tight container.
