- ¼ cup sugar
- 2 tablespoon melted butter
- 1 ¼ t cinnamon
- 3 cups dry-roasted peanuts
- 3 tablespoon light corn syrup
- ½ t. nutmeg
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
In a large bowl, add in all of the ingredients and stir them together.
Pour everything out onto a baking sheet that is lined with a silicone baking mat or parchment paper.
Bake 20 = 25 minutes.
Let the candied peanuts cool. You may need to break them apart after they have cooled.
Store in a air tight container.
