Prepare pizza dough or store bought dough.
Brush pizza dough with olive oil and bake for about 10 minutes before adding toppings.
In a non stick skillet, brown ground beef; drain fat if there is any.
Return beef to the skillet and add steak seasoning, and garlic powder. Mix well, about 2 minutes.
Add peppers and onions, sauté 3 minutes and remove pan from heat.
Top crust with white garlic sauce, red pepper flakes, meat and vegetable mixture, and cheese.
Bake about 15-20 minutes, until crust is to your liking.
Slice pizza into 8 pieces and sprinkle with salt and pepper(if that is your thing)
Creamy White Garlic Sauce Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat with garlic.
Stir in flour and stir about 1 minute.
Slowly whisk in milk stirring constantly. Mixture will thicken. Simmer about 5 minutes.
Add the garlic and continuously stir the sauce until it has thickened.
If you feel it's a little too thick, add splashes of milk in until you get the texture you are looking for.
