Ingredients
¼crolled oats
2 tbsp. chocolate chips
1 tbsp.peanut butter
1tbsp. maple syrup
¼tsp.baking powder
1egg
¼calmond milk
½banana
1teaspoonpure vanilla extract
¼teaspoonsalt
½teaspoonbrown sugar
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Spray two ramekins with cooking spray and set aside.
In a blender, mix together all of the ingredients for approximately 40 seconds or until they are thoroughly blended.
Pour the blended oats into the ramekins.
Top with additional chocolate chips.
Bake for 20 - 25 minutes until they are golden brown.
Remove from oven, let them cool for 5 minutes then enjoy.
