Ingredients

  • 1 pkg store bought sugar cookie dough - make sure it's precut. The 24 pk one works the best.
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • ½ tbsp. pure vanilla extract
  • strawberries
  • blueberries
  • 1 kiwi

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Spray your mini muffin pan with your favorite cooking spray.
  • Open up your cookie dough package and cut the cookie dough in half then roll into a ball.
  • Place the balls into the muffin tin then using a small measuring spoon, press the spoon into the dough.
  • Place the tin into the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes until the cookie cups are done.
  • Remove the pan from oven and transfer it to baking rack to cool for about five minutes.
  • Once they have cooled down a bit, use a butter knife, small spatula, or your fingers and remove each cup from the pan.
  • In a medium sized bowl, using a hand mixer, mix together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla.
  • Mix the ingredients together until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  • Spoon the cheesecake into each cup.
  • Cut or dice the berries into any shape you'd like and arrange on top of the cookie cups.
  • Next, peel the kiwi, cut into slices, then cut into quarters and add to the cups.
  • Refrigerate your cookie cups then serve. Enjoy!
