Ingredients
1box Betty Crocker Brownie Mixor other
eggswater and oil according to brownie mix box
1 ½cupsgraham cracker crumbsapprox. one sleeve of graham crackers
⅓cupsugar
6tablespoonsunsalted butter melted
1bagmini marshmallows
Instructions
Preheat the oven according to the directions on the brownie mix.
Prepare the muffin tin by either lightly spraying with your favorite cooking spray or lining with paper liners. Set aside.
Grind graham crackers in food processor until fine then add the butter and sugar. Mix well.
Using your fingers, mold the crumbs on the bottom and sides of the cupcake liners.
Set in refrigerator to chill for 15 minutes.
Following the instructions on the box of brownies, prepare the brownie mix.
Then remove the muffin tin from the fridge and fill each ⅓rd of the way full of the brownie batter.
Bake as directed on the box of brownies.
Remove from oven and cover the top of each cupcake with mini marshmallows.
Then turn your oven to "broil". Place the cupcakes back into the oven until the marshmallows are lightly browned on top.
Remove from the oven and place on a wire rack to cool.
