Ingredients

  • 1 pound raw peanuts

  • Place a plate on top of the peanut to keep them from floating to the top.
  • Place the lid on top, make sure it is in the seal position and set the time to 70 minutes.
  • Allow for a natural release and then open the vent and release the rest of the steam.
  • Drain the peanuts out of the Instant Pot either with a pasta strainer or by pouring them into a colander in your sink.
  • Let the water totally drain.
  • Let the peanuts dry a bit then place them in an airtight container and place it in the refrigerator for up to 7 days or you can start enjoying them immediately by shelling the peanuts with your teeth or fingers!
