Flour surface with about 2 tablespoon oat flour; kneed a few times to lose the stickiness.
Roll out to about ½ inch thickness and cut out with a dog bone shaped cookie cutter I used the 3.5" cutter. Bake 28 minutes.
How to Make Oat flour
To make oat flour, scoop out 3 cups of rolled oats and place in a coffee grinder and grind until flour like consistency. Depending on the size of your coffee grinder, you will have to make in batches.
Notes
Store in sealed container in refrigerator for 5-7 days. I recommend storing in fridge because they can mold quickly.
