Best Locations
Bay Tower
You can't get better in terms of convenient park access than Bay Tower. This DVC resort is part of the Contemporary and features it's own private bar at the top of the tower. This hotel is also right next door to the Magic Kingdom and has access to the monorail through the Contemporary. Not to mention all the great Contemporary resort dining. Bay Tower is easily one of the best DVC locations at Disney World.
Animal Kingdom
Animal Kingdom makes up for its remote location by being maybe the most exciting resorts on property. There is so much to do there you could never leave the resort for your whole vacation. Part of the appeal, besides the cultural experience and the animals, is the privacy afforded to those DVC guests staying in the Kidani Village.
Wilderness Lodge
Wilderness Lodge might just be the best of both worlds. This beats the other best DVC locations at Disney World, because it's the perfect solution to a balanced vacation. It feels like a remote lodge in the wilderness (hence the name), yet in actuality it is a mere boat ride away from the gates of the Magic Kingdom. The DVC offerings here range from more convenient rooms in Copper Creek to the luxurious lakeside Cascade Cabins and the Boulder Ridge villas.
Wilderness Lodge has it all, especially if you are a fan of national parks or the Northwest.
Beach Club
For a convenient Stay in the Epcot resort area and a spectacular nighttime view of the Boardwalk Inn, you can't beast the Beach Club villas as Crescent lake. From here is just a five minute walk to Epcot's side entrance and it's an easy joint to the Boardwalk for some nighttime entertainment. Even Hollywood Studios is just a walk or a boat ride away. Plus, Beach Club has the coveted sand bottom pool.
Saratoga Springs
Saratoga Springs is not the most exciting resort on Disney property. However, it's one of the most affordable which goes a long way. Plus, the table service restaurant The Turf Club is newly renovated. Saratoga Springs is a quiet resort with easy access to Disney Springs. You can walk by bridge or take a boat to quickly get to where the excitement is.
