    Under the Sea Rice Krispie Treats

    I don't know about you, but I think creating different treats out of rice krispies is a fun kitchen activity with the kids. Whether you use the ones that are already pre-made, or you whip up a batch of fresh ones, all that matters is that you get creative with the kids and make some!

    • Light blue candy melts

    • Graham crackers, crushed (optional for decoration)

    • Spoon
    • Bowl
    • Large plastic bag
    • Silicone mat or parchment paper

    Under the Sea Rice Krispie Treats

    If your family loves Rice Krispies, then you need to make this yummy treat! Our Under the Sea Rice Krispie Treats are easy to make, perfectly gooey and sticky, and delicious!     Equipment

    • popsicle sticks
    • Rubber cement or other glue
    • Spoon
    • Bowl
    • Large plastic bag
    • Silicone mat or parchment paper

    Ingredients
      

    • 6 Rice Krispie Treats (store-bought or homemade)
    • 6 goldfish
    • Light blue candy melts
    • Ocean Breeze Sprinkle Mix
    • Graham crackers, crushed (optional for decoration)

    Instructions
     

    • Unwrap the Rice Krispie treats and lay them on a piece of parchment paper or a silicone mat.
    • Insert a popsicle stick into the bottom center of the Rice Krispie treat.
    • Melt one cup of the candy melts according to the directions on the back of the package.
    • Spoon the melted chocolate on top of each Rice Krispie.
    • Place a goldfish and blue or white pearls to represent bubbles on top. Add the sprinkles.
    • Next using rubber cement or craft glue, place glue on the top of the popsicle sticks, sprinkle more of the sprinkles and cover the adhesive.
    • Lay the treats down and let them dry.
    • While the treats are drying, place the graham crackers in a large Ziploc bag and crush them using a rolling pin or a meat mallet.
    • When the treats have dried, place the crushed graham crackers on a plate or tray, add the Rice Krispies treats and serve!
