Christmas wouldn't be the same without noshing on homemade fudge! I think for many it has something to do with the memories of being young and enjoying all of the holiday desserts that were a part of our holiday celebrations.
I think my favorite thing about making fudge is that it's actually not as hard as people think. This recipe goes together quickly and doesn't involve a lot of steps.

Expert Tips, Ingredient List and Suggestions for Recipe Success
- Milk chocolate chips - any brand will work.
- Marshmallow Fluff - you really need to use this for this recipe to turn out.
- Unsalted butter - make sure to not use salted.
- One item that is more a supply must have when baking is brown parchment paper. I actually like using brown parchment paper better than white. To make it white they bleach it. The brown is unbleached. And you aren't actually suppose to bake with the white.

Step 1: Line a 9×9" baking pan with brown parchment paper and grease the bottom of the paper so that the fudge releases easier.
Step 2: In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the butter, vanilla, and chocolate chips in 30-second increments while stirring in between, until the chocolate is melted.
Step 3: Next, add in the marshmallow fluff and sweetened condensed milk. Stir well.
Step 4: Pour the fudge mixture into the baking pan and top with M&M’s.
Step 5: Place the pan into the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
Step 6: Cut into 1 or 2-inch squares and enjoy!

Easy Christmas Fudge with M&M's
Ingredients
- 12 oz milk chocolate chips
- 7 oz container marshmallow fluff
- 7 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Holiday M&M’s - approximately ½-¾ cup
Instructions
