Blended Baked Oats
Ingredients
- ¼ c rolled oats
- 2 tbsp. chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp. peanut butter
- 1 tbsp. maple syrup
- ¼ tsp. baking powder
- 1 egg
- ¼ c almond milk
- ½ banana
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Spray two ramekins with cooking spray and set aside.
- In a blender, mix together all of the ingredients for approximately 40 seconds or until they are thoroughly blended.
- Pour the blended oats into the ramekins.
- Top with additional chocolate chips.
- Bake for 20 - 25 minutes until they are golden brown.
- Remove from oven, let them cool for 5 minutes then enjoy.
