Mickey and Minnie Mouse Chocolate Bark is a fun and simple to make treat that your little Minnie fan will absolutely love!

By using white chocolate wafers, M&Ms, and sprinkles, you can quickly whip up Mickey and Minnie Mouse Chocolate Bark!

After chocolate is heated to 94 degrees, it starts to lose it’s temper.  So for chocolate confections, yes, you will need to temper it.  Also, the chocolate will have a grainy texture if it’s not tempered.

Usually chocolate bark will last from three to six months, however, it must be tightly wrapped with plastic wrap then sealed in an airtight container.  Then before enjoying, unwrap the piece of bark and let it come to room temp.
