See this unicorn bark recipe on my website if you are looking for different ways to make chocolate bark.
Equipment
When melting chocolate, you can follow the directions for the microwave that is on the back of the bag, use a double boiler, or use one of this nifty chocolate melting pots from Wilton. I have to say my new favorite way to melt chocolate is with the melting pot. I have burnt so much chocolate melting it other ways.
Storage
Usually, chocolate bark will last from three to six months, however, it must be tightly wrapped with plastic wrap then sealed in an airtight container and place it in the fridge. Then before enjoying, unwrap the piece of bark and let it come to room temp.
